Oops! It seems that there was a slip-up in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo camp. A week ahead of the official announcement of the incredible 2019’s Rodeo Houston concerts, a post appeared on social media revealing the all-star lineup.

We aren’t mad about it!

The 21 days of music kicks off with Kacey Musgraves on February 25 and wraps on March 17 with George Strait, Lyle Lovett, and Robert Earl Keen. In between, you’ll find country music favorites like Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan, Turnpike Troubadours, Old Dominion, Luke Combs, Tim McGraw, Kane Brown, Zac Brown Band, Chris Stapleton, Cody Johnson, and Brad Paisley.

Also on the line-up is singer, songwriter Prince Royce, singer, songwriter, rapper and television personality Cardi B, rockers Panic! At the Disco, pop and R&B singer, songwriter Camila Cabello, EDM’s Zedd, popular rockers Kings of Leon, and the iconic Santana.

In addition, honoring the local heritage, are Los Tigres Del Norte…if this line-up is real!

The Houston Chronicle points out that Rodeo Houston sent out a tweet saying, “Hmmmm, that’s a mighty impressive line-up. But is it the real line-up? We’ll have to wait until the Jan. 3 reveal to see!”

If you’re like us and the whole three weeks worth of music sounds fantastic, season tickets are already available for the concerts, ranging from $400 to $7,000. However, that does not include the George Strait show. Individual show tickets go on sale January 10.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo kicks off February 25, but if you want a real treat, go to the pre-rodeo barbecue contest that starts February 21. Since the rodeo began in 1932, proceeds from the event have generated $475-million to the youth of Texas. They have granted 19,000 scholarships since 1957, and over 2,000 students are currently attending college thanks to the rodeo.

That deserves a yee haw!
