Jason Aldean’s Son Memphis Meets His New Baby Sister For the First Time

We’d be lying if we said we haven’t been waiting for the moment that Jason Aldean’s 14-month- old firstborn, Memphis, met his brand new baby sister, Navy. Thanks to Jason and wife Brittany, we’ve now been a part of that moment and it is beyond precious.

Both Brittany and Jason shared a post on their Instagram pages showing video of that first meeting. Navy is fast asleep on what seems to be her mommy’s lap while Jason holds Memphis who seems to be infatuated with the little doll. At his mom and dad’s urging, he leans in to “give Sissy sugar”—a southern expression for giving a kiss. The toddler seems happy to oblige, smiling as he nuzzles his new sibling’s rosy cheek.

It was obviously a special time for Brittany who captions the photo: “Meeting baby sis for the first time.” But we also can’t help but notice the softer and gentler side of Jason who is more often known for his rocking, raucous, outlaw stage demeanor.

Navy and her mom should be heading home soon, so we’re hoping that more photos surface as Jason, Brittany and their little brood get settled into their new routine.
