Following one of the most buzzed-about posts in social media, Miranda Lambert has finally explained the mysterious flashing arrow sign that said “Coming Soon” that she shared on April 4. And we couldn’t be more excited about the upcoming Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour.

Sure, anytime Miranda announces that she’s hitting the road is cause for excitement, but with this tour, the award-winning singer and songwriter is taking along some of her favorite artists as support and, look at that—they’re all women!

It actually doesn’t surprise us one lick that Miranda is headlining an all-female tour this year. The “We Should Be Friends” singer has never shied away from standing up for what she believes is right, and the issue of the shortage of female voices on country radio and appearing in festivals or on tours has been a hot button topic for years in the business.

The tour kicks off September 13 in Uncasville, Connecticut and runs through November 23 where it will wrap in Greensboro, North Carolina. Appearing on various dates throughout the tour are Maren Morris, Elle King, Pistol Annies, Tenille Townes, Ashley McBryde, and Caylee Hammack.

“I’m so excited and honored to be on tour with some of my favorite artists, who each inspire me in a different way,” Miranda says, “Maren Morris is a fiery fellow Texas girl that isn’t afraid to take a risk and be who she is. Elle King is a brave, confident and unapologetic artist who is honest about her life and uses it for her art. My fellow Pistol Annies are not only some of my best friends and writing partners, but also make me want to be a better artist every time we take the stage together. Tenille, Ashley and Caylee are all women who have something to say and they do it their own way. They are the next generation of fearless female artists and I’m so thrilled to share a stage with them.”
