Does she live in New York or Los Angeles? What about her home in Nashville or her condo? The truth is, Taylor Swift has several addresses in her portfolio and thanks to Top Ten Real Estate Deals, we can take a little peek at some of them.
The website, known for showcasing celebrity, historical and sometimes just breathtaking residences, explains that the multi-faceted and ridiculously talented 30-year-old began her career as a homeowner with a nearly $2 million, 3240-square foot condo adjacent to what was once Nashville’s music hub, Music Row.
With her music career exploding and an acting career bubbling up, Taylor purchased her first home in California’s swank Beverly Hills. She then sold it, bought her parent’s a 5,000 square- foot mansion in an affluent area of Nashville, then bought another home in L.A., which she has since sold.
Our favorite abode owned by the superstar has to be her east coast 12,000-square-foot beach mansion in Rhode Island, which she paid a cool $17.75-million. On her social media posts, it appears to be a warm and welcoming home and the best spot for her summer house parties.
Those photos we often see if the worldly country girl bouncing around New York City could be close to her Tribecca apartment. Taylor combined two apartments, then purchased another, and then a third giving her plenty of space to host family and friends.
Taylor does have a west coast home, too. In 2015 she purchased the estate of movie mogul Samuel Goldwyn for $25-million. But the entertainer, who has a heart for vintage, restored the home to its original condition and had the property declared a landmark so future owners couldn’t make significant changes to the structure.
OK, let’s see if we have this right. That gives Taylor two homes in Nashville – one is her parent’s – an awesome apartment in New York, a beach house in Rhode Island and a mansion in California.
Her insane work ethic and incredible talent has paid off.
