Blake Shelton got a pretty great present for his June 18 birthday. Garth Brooks released the single “Dive Bar” that he and Blake collaborated on to country radio. But there was a birthday greeting from a group that isn’t in country music that may have topped all other greetings.

Blake shared a sweet sentiment on his Instagram page of a group of little fans from the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals who just wanted to wish the Oklahoma country star a happy birthday.

Jace, Isabella, Audrey, Charlo and J’Kai all sent Blake personal greetings commemorating his 43rd birthday, then Jace gave “Mr. Blake” a chorus of “Happy birthday to you,” while dimpled Isabella blew the lanky cowboy a sweet kiss.

On July 19, Blake heads to Boise, Idaho where he’ll take the stage with Garth to perform “DiveBar” live together for what is the first and may be the only time ever. Then, on August 17th, Blake is the support act for George Strait’s show in Foxborough, Massachusetts at Gillette Stadium, which also includes Caitlin Smith and Cody Johnson.

In September, Blake, his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson, and reigning winner John Legend will return to NBC’s The Voice for season 17 of the popular reality competition series. Blake is the most successful coach on the show so far, but it’s been a few seasons since he took a victory. Fingers crossed that he recovers his crown.
