Since George Strait retired from the road in 2014, The King of Country has been scheduling select appearances here and there.
Aside from his multi-show residency in Las Vegas—”Strait to Vegas”—the 66 year-old will head to Ohio to headline the Buckeye Country Festival in Columbus, Ohio on June 8 with Blake Shelton. The one-day festival lineup also features Midland, Chris Janson and RaeLynn.
There will be a few chances to catch George in 2019. He announced that he will be returning to the T-Mobile Arena with special guest Ashley McBryde on February 1 and 2, 2019, he’ll trek to Atlanta for a one-night only show on March 30, 2019, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and he’ll perform a show at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, on Nov. 22.
Tickets for Buckeye Country Superfest will go on sale on Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. ET,
