Blake Shelton Keeps The Party Going with Mini-Concert For “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

As the reigning champion of “The Voice” this season, with the help of Chloe Kahanski, Blake Shelton made his way to “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in New York to showcase his country vocals.

For those of you who think of Blake as just the coach on NBC’s “The Voice, may we remind you that he’s also an award-winning country singer, raking in 5 consecutive Male Vocalist of the Year awards at the CMA’s. That singer will be kicking off his highly-anticipated Country Music Freaks Tour on Feb. 15 in Oklahoma, with friends Brett Eldredge and Trace Adkins.

But before that tour kicks off, Blake performed a mini-concert—perhaps a sample of what’s to come out on the road—when he stopped by “Live with Jimmy Kimmel” on Monday night (Jan. 8). Blake performed two of his newer songs, both from his current album, Texoma Shore— “I Lived It” and his latest No. 1 hit, “I’ll Name the Dogs.”

What you didn’t get to see was when Blake went back to some ol’ hits to continue the concert long after the show aired. Jimmy and his crew were kind enough to share those performance as Blake kept the party going with “Gonna,” “Neon Light” and “Boys ‘Round Here.”

You can never have enough Blake.

Here are the bonus off-air performances from Blake that you didn’t get to see on TV. Enjoy!
