As a part of Military Appreciation Month, First Lady Michelle Obama and (second lady?) Dr. Jill Biden hit up “The Voice” stage to promote their Joining Forces initiative. The program works hand in hand with the public and private sectors to ensure that service members, veterans, and their families have the tools they need to succeed throughout their lives.
To honor the troops and their families in attendance at the live-taping of the Top 10 performances, Obama and Biden introduced a special group rendition of Dierks Bentley’s “Home.” But, before that the two ladies proved that they may be the biggest Blake Shelton fans in D.C. Or at least bigger than Blake’s fellow coaches.
Before the show, Blake told “Access Hollywood” there was some added pressure having the First Lady in the house, but he was going to be on his best behavior thanks to the Secret Service.
