Chris Young Plays the Grand Ole Opry With ACM Lifting Lives Campers


How cool is the ACM Lifting Lives Camp? It’s a week long residency program for musically talented individuals with developmental disabilities that brings them to Nashville to write a song with a major singer-songwriter, record the song with a big time producer and then perform it live on the Grand Ole Opry with another big wig.

This year, campers got to write with Dierks Bentley and Ross Copperman before taking the song to one of the most coveted stages in country music.

They were joined by Chris Young, who in previous years participated in the songwriting portion of the week.
