Clark Manson, country music’s newest young heartthrob, grew up hoping to be just like George Strait and with his wholesome, All-American good looks and innate ability to turn words into catchy hooks– he’s well on his way.
Manson tells us, “When I was 5-years-old, my parents surprised me and took me to see George Strait because I was in love with him. We didn’t have a lot of money, so we were in the nosebleed section, but ever since then I wanted to be George Strait.”
His new single,”Track 9″ is a nod to the music he grew up listening to and is all about young love and the memories that take you back to that first kiss or slow dance. The song may be about the past, but it looks to have a bright future.
Country Outfitter is excited to debut the brand new video from the Ohio native.
“What I love about track 9 is that it takes you back to the feeling of young love. It was really fun for me to get into character and bring the lyric to life,” says Manson.
Manson is playing select shows across the country this summer. For more information on where to catch him, visit www.clarkmanson.com.
