In today’s social media world, it’s not official until someone wishes you a happy birthday on Instagram, or Facebook, or Twitter or even Snapchat. We can officially report that today is the day Hannah Mooney, wife of Dan+Shay’s Shay Mooney, was born.
How do we know? Well, Shay, the loving husband, took a moment to share how he feels about his new wife with the world. The “Tequila” singer posted a photo of he and Hannah on Instagram, with a sweet message that let us know that she’s a loving woman who puts up with what Shay throws here way. We also learned that Hannah’s middle name is Love.

Now that’s love. Shay and Hannah welcomed their first child, Asher James, in January of last year and followed that up with a private wedding ceremony on Shay’s family farm in Arkansas in October of 2017.
