Jamie O’Neal and Deana Carter Team Up For New Tour

Jamie O’Neal and Deana Carter have decided to hit the road together. The two singers announced that they are teaming up for a new tour.

Jamie, known for 90s hits “There is no Arizona,” and “Trying Find Atlantis,” is excited about the tour and can’t wait to be on the road with another woman.

“Deana’s got a great sense of humor, which I have too,” Jamie told Music Row.  “So I know it’s going to be fun. We’re going to sing on each others songs. I’m looking forward to it. The last time I went on tour was with my good friends Ty Herndon and Andy Griggs, but they were men and so was everyone in the band. I’m really looking forward to being out there with another woman.”

Deana released her monster hit “Strawberry Wine” in 1995 followed by her second No. 1, “We Danced Anyway.”

In addition, Jamie announced that she will be spearheading a a monthly writer’s round residency at The Listening Room in Nashville. The first show took place on March 14 with special guests Andy Griggs, Stephony Smith and Brandon Ratcliffe.
