Jason Aldean’s wife, Brittany, has kept fans up-to-date on the progress of the home that she and Jason have been building and are expected to move into early next year. In a recent Instagram story, we get another peek inside and some more details on the home that make look palatial, but sounds like a really fun hang.
Brittany explains that much of the drywall has now been secured and in the foyer, you can see a winding staircase that leads upstairs to what appears to be a loft area and possibly sleeping space for the family.
Another photo shows the still-unfinished ceiling of the foyer that almost gives the space the feel of a rotunda. The skeletal structure looks grand and interesting on its own, but it’s possible a beautiful chandelier could hang there at some point.
Brittany then shows a half dozen stripped and finished trees that she explains came from Michigan and will be posts for the tiki bar…which takes us outdoors.
First, we got an overview of the pool that Jason has sheepishly compared to what you might find at a luxury resort. Brittany explains that guests will be able to walk into the pool as if it was a beach. In the middle of the freeform structure, which has boulders place throughout, is the tiki bar, where Jason has already staked a claim on a seat. She also reveals that the pool will boast a 60-foot slide because “my husband is a child.”
We’re willing to bet that Brittany and the kids will enjoy that slide as much as anyone.
Jason has mentioned wanting to retire in Florida when he gets off the road, but now it looks like he’s recreating the Sunshine State right in his own backyard.
