Jason Aldean is making his way back to his home state of Georgia for a blowout concert at Atlanta’s SunTrust Park on July 21.
The singer held a press conference with former Atlanta Braves player Chipper Jones, to make the announcement live on social media.
“We’re excited to be here, we’re excited for the show and we hope the city of Atlanta is excited as well. Thank you to the Braves and everybody that’s been involved with this because this is gonna to be a huge night for me and my family and I can’t wait. So thank you guys,” Jason said during the press conference.
Joining Jason for for the Atlanta show will be, Georgia natives Lauren Alaina and Luke Combs.
“I’m just honored to be a part of this show. It’s huge for Jason and an honor for me, so thank you,” Lauren said.
But that’s not all. During the press conference, Darius Rucker appeared via video to announce that not only will he also join Jason, but he’s getting the band back together to reunite Hootie & the Blowfish for the show.
Looks like it’s going to be quite the party. Tickets for the Suntrust stadium show will go on sale on March 23.
