Congratulations are in order for Jessica Andrews and her husband Marcel Chagnon, who welcomed their first child, son Rockwell Francois Chagnon.

Rockwell came into the world on Tuesday, Feb. 6. The 34-year-old took to Instagram to share the happy news. “How do you even figure out words to describe feelings that you didn’t know you could have?! Jessica posted on Instagram. ” I’ll just say welcome to this world my beautiful baby boy Rockwell. Born 2/6/18.”

Jessica is best known for her 2001 No. 1 country hit “Who I Am.” The song contained the catchy lyrics, “I am Rosemary’s granddaughter / The spitting image of my father / And when the day is done my momma’s still my biggest fan / Sometimes I’m clueless and I’m clumsy / But I’ve got friends that love me / And they know just where I stand / It’s all a part of me / And that’s who I am.”

The Arkansas native made her debut in 1999 at the age of 15 with her debut album Heart Shaped World, followed by Who I Am and Now. Unfortunately, Jessica’s label, Dreamworks Records, closed its doors and a fourth album was shelved. She signed with Lyric Street Records in 2009 but lost her deal a short time later, before a new album was released.

Jessica married Marcel, a songwriter and artist in his own right, in Nov. 20011 and announced that they were expecting a baby boy in Sept. 2017.

Congratulations to the happy couple.
