In a new campaign for the South Beach Diet, Jessie James Decker is showing off the fruits of her labor. The South Beach Diet Ambassador has been following the plan since the birth of her third child, and the results are phenomenal.
“I’d been adhering to the South Beach for so long without even knowing it, so this partnership has always just made sense. I know the program works, which is why I turned to it again after I had Forrest,” Jessie said in a statement. “I’ve been very open about how the weight hasn’t come off as easily after my third baby and although I haven’t reached my goal yet, I can honestly say that I feel so good and incredibly healthy.”
The new campaign shows Jessie frolicking on the beach in a bright green bikini with toned stomach, arms and legs only 7 months after having her son, Forrest Bradly on March 31.
Jessie became a South Beach Ambassador in 2017 after the birth of her second son, Eric III. The South Beach Diet touts a way to burn fat through a high-protein, low-carb, low-sugar weight loss program.
“I did use the South Beach to maintain my weight after my son. Then after my third baby, I did the South Beach Diet again,” Jessie tells One Country. “I gained Forty-seven pounds with Forrest. And, I’ve lost almost all of it using the South Beach.”
Jessie also recently released her first lifestyle book titled “Just Jessie.” The new book contains a little bit of everything from beauty tips and tricks from the singer to Jessie’s own stories of love and family.
“I wanted to do the book because I feel like there was a lot of things I wanted to share, Jessie said. “There’s a lot of women that go through the same things I do. I wanted to be a voice in that way.”
