Kacey Musgraves Has Bucket List Moment With John Prine at Red Rocks


Growing up, Kacey Musgraves idolized the music of country/folk singer John Prine. Now, she’s sharing a stage with him.

The songstress has had the opportunity to work with her idol several times but this weekend she had a spectacular experience. Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater in Colorado is one of the most beloved concert venues in the U.S. Between the scenery and the acoustics, fans and artists flock to it.

Kacey had the opportunity to play the venue with John Prine and she took full advantage of it. She sang Iris DeMent’s part in their duet of “In Spite of Ourselves”:
