In the latest installment of the CMT series “Crossroads,” pop star Kesha and Americana band Old Crow Medicine Show teamed up for the popular show to share their music.

Taped in front of a live audience, the two acts joined forces to sing on each others songs, including Kesha’s “Your Love Is My Drug,” “Woman,” a “Spaceship”/”Hunt You Down”/”Timber” medley and more. Old Crow brought their classic “Tell It To Me” and the all-new, never-before-heard song “Flicker & Shine.”

But it was when the artists collaborated on the hit “Wagon Wheel” that the show went to another level. “Wagon Wheel” had been recorded by many artists over the years, most recently by Darius Rucker in 2013—reaching No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart.

In their own, unique version, Old Crow and Kesha took turns belting out the tune, written by Bob Dylan and band member Ketch Secor. While the crowd enjoyed the new version, we never thought we’d see such a collaboration. But that’s exactly what “CMT Crossroads” was made to do—pair artists that wouldn’t normally be paired together and let them fly.

Previous pairings include Luke Bryan and Jason Derulo, Faith Hill and the Pretenders, Jennifer Nettles and Cheap Trick, The Band Perry and Fall Out Boy, Carrie Underwood and Steven Tyler and Dolly Parton and Melissa Etheridge.
