As Kip Moore kicked off the second leg of his Plead the Fifth Tour with Drake White, the tourmates seem to have little extra time on their hands.
Kip took to Instagram to share a video of himself and Drake performing a lip-synced version of Gladys Knights 1973 hit “Midnight Train to Georgia.”
The Georgia native kicks off the song singing, “L.A. Proved too much for the man.” Then the singer enlisted the help of his band members to fill in on the chorus. Picking up at the end of the first verse, Drake was lip-syncing his way through, “He said he’s going back to find, Oooo what’s left of his world.”
As the guys sit around the table drinking beers, it’s safe to assume this tour is one heck of good time.
The latest leg of the Plead the Fifth Tour takes the guys through Canada, with three U.S. stops in North Carolina, South Carolina and Michigan. The fun will come to an end as the tour wraps on May 17 in Winnipeg.
