October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to honor those who are valiantly battling this disease, those standing by their sides and the brave warriors who lost their battle, the Grand Ole Opry is holding their annual Opry Goes Pink night of music and raising awareness on October 22. And on hand to turn the iconic backdrop to a lovely shade of rose for both night’s shows will be Luke Bryan.

After Luke ceremoniously flips the Opry switch to pink, he’ll take a seat in the sacred circle for a rare acoustic performance.

Luke says, “I wanted to make this Opry appearance something special. Performing in the Opry circle is unlike any other stage in the world and I want it to be a unique memory for me and the fans.”

Luke isn’t the only country star to step up to the microphone to share songs and stories. Also performing is singer, songwriter and breast cancer survivor Anita Cochran, Craig Morgan, Sara Evans, and the Oak Ridge Boys.

Previous artists who have flipped the switch for Opry Goes Pink include Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini, Jason Aldean, Kacey Musgraves and Kellie Pickler, and artists like Martina McBride, Terri Clark, Rascal Flatts, Chris Young, LeAnn Rimes, Montgomery Gentry and The Judds have shown their support as well.
