Between touring and American Idol, Luke Bryan’s time back home in Nashville is limited and precious. And while it appears he does his best to give attention to all of his friends and family, it was a fur baby’s special cuddles that had Luke’s lovely wife, Caroline, questioning her man.

In a post on her Instagram page, she shared a photo of her bare-chested husband sitting on the kitchen floor sharing some skin-to-skin time with his favorite duck-hunting buddy, his chocolate lab, Choc.
In the caption, Caroline writes, “He hugs Choc with more emotion than me…I usually get a slap on the ass. #amanandhisdog .”
Looks like Choc is going to have to make room in his dog house for Daddy.

It does bear mentioning that if you look on Caroline’s timeline, she seems to have a pretty great affection for Choc as well. She shares numerous pictures of the noble beastie. Some with his four-legged compadre, Boss…
And some showing why some days he may almost be her favorite pupster in the family.
But make no mistake, Choc’s passion is hitting the duck blinds with Luke.
In fact, he dreams of it.
