Country artist Lee Brice and good friend Tyler Farr were all set to hit the road on Brice’s 2016 Life Off My Tears tour when they got the news that Farr was going to have to step out due to micro laryngeal surgery to remove a vocal polyp on his vocal chords.
Farr announced the surgery via Twitter saying, “I’ll keep y’all updated.”
Got news that I won’t be able to tour with @leebrice. Having microlaryngeal surgery and total vocal rest. I’ll keep y’all updated.

Forced to give his friend time to heal, Brice recruited the CMA Award winning duo Maddie and Tae, country artist Clare Dunn, Dyaln Scott and Jerrod Niemann to fill Farr’s boots.
While we’re sad to hear of Farr’s absence, we hope he heals well and we’re sure these class-A acts will serve his spot well on tour.
