Martina McBride to Host New Food Network Series “Martina’s Table”

Martina McBride is one of country music’s most respected vocalists, and now the singer is letting fans get to know her even better by inviting them into her kitchen. The country singer has partnered with Food Network for a new series titled “Martina’s Table,” which will premiere on Nov. 18 at 12 p.m. ET/PT.

“I’ve always had a passion for cooking and love to cook for my friends and family,” Martina shares in a statement. “Having a show on Food Network is a dream come true. We’ve filmed the first season and it’s been so fun and exciting to be able to share some of my favorite recipes and stories.”

The new show will provide viewers a glimpse of how Martina entertains. During each episode, the singer will share her recipes and cooking tips. Along the way, she’ll invite some of her famous friends to the table. Those friends include Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill, and Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman.

The food featured throughout the new series was inspired by Martina’s midwestern roots. According to a press release, the show will include a full Thanksgiving menu, a Mexican-themed spread for a special birthday gathering, a casual holiday brunch with a few famous friends, and more.

In addition to a cooking show, Martina is set to release her new cookbook. “Martina’s Kitchen Mix: My Recipe Playlist For Real Life” will be available Oct. 30.
