Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood have been married for 8 years, share a son, Isaiah, with a second boy on the way and are one of country music’s favorite couples. So when Mike takes to social media to share his ongoing love for his famous wife, it melts our hearts.

Carrie, along with “Pioneer Woman” Ree Drummond, were inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame on Thursday evening (Nov 15), fresh off of hosting the CMA Awards on Wednesday night.  Carrie, who hails from Checotah, Oklahoma was one of seven inductees at the 91st Oklahoma Hall of Fame induction held at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Tulsa.

Mike shared photos from the event and spoke about his admiration for his wife.

“Congrats @carrieunderwood on the Oklahoma hall of fame induction!,” he began his post.” God has given you one of the best voices, crazy work ethic and platform you’ve never taken for granted. You’ve remained humble in all the success and never craved the attention or fame one bit.”

He went onto say, “Thanks for always being the small town girl from Oklahoma even thou your one of the biggest stars! Love you lots!…..Ephesians 3:20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”

Love, sweet love.
