It is no secret that Miranda Lambert loves dogs. She has gone as far as to start a the MuttNation Foundation with her mother, Bev, which seeks to “ensure that as many dogs as possible would have a safe and happy place to call home.” Now Lambert, her foundation and Rescue Rebuild, is giving back to her hometown of Lindale, TX with a brand new pup adoption center in the heart of town.
“The MuttNation Station adoption center in my hometown is officially OPEN,” Lambert wrote on an Instagram post. “A lot of people worked hard to make this happen and we’re so thankful for their support of our mission to help dogs find loving homes! And a special thanks to @greatergoodorg for celebrating your 10th anniversary with @MuttNationFoundation and to #CertifiedRoses, @rescue.rebuild, @tjcapaches and #CityOfLindale.”
The building is a refurbished bungalow and, to be frank, is the nicest adoption center I have come across. Here’s to hoping MuttNation can refurbish many more rescue and adoption centers in the future!
