Turns out, “Nashville” fans won’t have to wait until January 5 to begin the long-awaited fifth season!

The show’s new host station, CMT, announced that they will be airing the first hour of the show’s two-hour premiere on December 15 — yes, that means you’ll have to wait until January to see the second half, but still.

Charles Esten, aka Deacon Claybourne, shared the exciting news via Instagram.
