Natalie Maines and Adrian Pasdar are citing irreconcilable differences as their reasoning for filing for divorce after 17 years.

Maines has requested joint custody of the couple’s children, Jackson, 16, and Beckett, 12. The split is amicable.

Maines and Pasdar married on June 24, 2000 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. The couple met at Emily Robison and Charlie Robison’s wedding where Maines was a bridesmaid and Pasdar was a groomsman.

Pasdar played a cop in the trio’s hit video, “Goodbye Earl.”
