Amidst all of the flurry and fun of the 53rd annual CMA Awards hosted by Carrie Underwood and special guest hosts Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire, Reba let something slip…and it wasn’t a wardrobe malfunction. Country music’s favorite red-headed Oklahoman is hitting the road for her first tour in quite some time!
Of course, Reba and her great pals and collaborators, Brooks and Dunn, have been playing shows for their residency at Ceasar’s Palace in Las Vegas since 2015, and the “Fancy” singer has performed one-off shows and made special appearances from time-to time, but 2020 finds her launching a bona fide country music tour.
Starting March 20 in Evansville, Indiana and continuing through May 9 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Reba will perform 12 shows, mostly in the midwest, but she does have stops in Huntsville, Alabama and Duluth, Georgia.
If you haven’t been able to see Reba in Las Vegas yet, the feisty 64-year-old former ACM and CMA Entertainer of the Year proved she still has it during her dramatic performance of “Fancy,” complete with costume changes, on the November 13 CMA Awards. And, furthermore, her fans still want it. Reba garnered thunderous applause for her performance, as well as her hilarious zingers as she helped emcee the evening of celebrating women in country music.
Tickets for most of the shows go on sale November 22, but you can sign up to be notified of on sale dates on her website.
