Taylor Swift’s Reputation tour is in full swing. The pop superstar is taking her music across the country with some very special guests each night of the tour. Saturday night (Oct. 6), country duo Sugarland was that special guest, joining Swift in front of a sold out crowd in Dallas.
The duo hit the stage to perform their single “Babe,” a song in which Taylor co-wrote and provided vocals. The Pennsylvania native wrote the song with Train’s Pat Monahan, sharing the tune with Sugarland to record for their current album, Bigger.
This was the first time that Sugarland and Taylor performed the song in concert together. They each have performed the song prior to this tour stop, but not together on the same stage.
Sticking with her country roots, Taylor invited Sugarland to be part of her two-night stop in Dallas. The previous night, Taylor had country singer Maren Morris join her to perform her hit “The Middle,” in front of thousands of screaming fans.
Taylor’s reputation tour wrapped it’s North American leg in Dallas on Oct. 6 and will head back out on October 19 in Perth Australia before wrapping in Tokyo, Japan on November 21.
