Twenty-Five Years After His Debut Single Is Released, Toby Keith Announces “Should’ve Been A Cowboy XXV Tour”

To celebrate 25 years since the release of “Should’ve Been a Cowboy,” Toby Keith is announcing a brand new tour kicking off this spring.

“Should’ve Been a Cowboy,” was Toby’s debut single, featured on his self-titled debut studio album. The song, released on February 8, 1993, became the Oklahoma native’s first No. 1 hit in June of 1993.

Twenty-five years later, the Should’ve Been a Cowboy XXV Tour kicks off on April 6 in Salt Lake City, making stops in Florida, California, Wisconsin, Ohio and Canada.

Toby posted a video of himself announcing the tour saying, “We’re kicking off the celebration with the announcement of this year’s tour—The Should’ve Been a Cowboy Tour XXV presented by Ford F-Series. It’s coming to a city near you.”
