Despite the obvious misstep at the end, this year’s installment of the Academy Awards was pretty fun.
I mean, Jimmy Kimmel came through with some clever jokes, there was candy falling from the sky, John Legend performed “City of Stars” and Denzel Washington ordained a marriage — it doesn’t get much better than that.
But, a moment you may have missed was “Lion” star Dev Patel’s face when his pint-sized co-star Sunny Pawar was lifted in the air “Lion King“-style by Jimmy Kimmel.
