After Meghan Trainor was forced to cancel her remaining 2016 tour dates after being put on mandatory vocal rest, fans and music executives alike wondered if she’d be able to perform at Billboard‘s Women in Music event where she was being honored with the Chart Topper award.
After being honored by Hoda Kotb, Fifth Harmony took the stage to perform Trainor‘s “Like I’m Going to Lose You.” The group was asked to step in for Trainor on very short notice. Like, real short notice for a group of five girls who are known for their harmonies.
