In case you were unaware, there’s going to be a new “Star Wars” movie all about young Han Solo.
Although the full plot of the movie hasn’t been announced, Disney did release a tiny bit of information about what fans can expect in the upcoming installment.
“The movie will explore the [Han and Chewbacca]’s adventures before the events of ‘Star Wars: A New Hope,’ including their early encounters with that other card-playing rogue from a galaxy far, far away, Lando Calrissian,” the company said.
Today, the world was gifted with a photo of the cast, who just started shooting in London.
The picture, which was shared via Twitter, shows Alden Ehrenreich (aka Young Han Solo) surrounded by cast-mates Woody Harrelson, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Emilia Clarke and Donald Glover.
Co-directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller also appear, as does Finnish basketball player Joonas Suotamo — he’s the one in the Wookiee costume.
It looks like we’re in for a treat, guys.
The “Star Wars” story that’s set to hit theaters on May 25, 2018.
