Taking a much-needed break from Fleetwood Mac‘s current tour, Stevie Nicks stopped by “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” to wow the audience with a couple of her classic hits.
Nicks performed “Rhiannon” in way most of us have likely never heard– just her voice and the piano. It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime performance. Nicks, without a doubt, still has it. (At the end of the performance, Jimmy is basically speechless.)
Fleetwood Mac released 24 Karat Gold, last month which peaked at No. 7 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart, continuing the streak of Top 10 solo records Nicks started with 2001′s Trouble in Shangri-La.
“Rhiannon” was written by Stevie Nicks and originally recorded by Fleetwood Mac and released on their self-titled album in 1975. It was named one of 500 Greatest Songs of All Time by Rolling Stone magazine.
