Every year, starting February 1, a new lineup of Super Bowl commercials hits the small screen.
And, if we’re being honest, this onslaught of new advertisement is often the best part of Super Bowl season — I mean, it is for me at least.
This year, the first Super Bowl commercial to get a lot of buzz is Melissa McCarthy‘s incredibly funny partnership with Kia.
Throughout the commercial, we see Melissa try (key word: try) to save the planet by protecting the whales, preserving the forests, maintaining the ice caps and rescuing the rhinos.
In the end, she decides that by driving a Kia, she’s doing enough to save the planet — smart choice, LOL.
