This might be the best news I’ve heard (so far) in 2018!
Former SNL cast member (and my all-time favorite actress– I mean, have you seen “Bridesmaids”??) Kristen Wiig is set to star in a comedy series produced by Reese Witherspoon— and it will be the first regular TV appearance Wiig has made since leaving Saturday Night Live.
“Total dream come true 💫 to be working with Kristen Wiig on a comedy for @Apple. Based on an awesome book by #CurtisSittenfeld, written by #ColleenMcGuinness… and there might be a special guest appearance by someone you know 🙋🏼 because #FOMO is real” Reese posted on Instagram.
No word on when the show will air, but we can hardly wait to hear more!!
