Aside from her homes in Nashville, Beverly Hills and Rhode Island, Taylor Swift owns several apartments in New York and it looks like she just added another to her portfolio.

Currently, she owns the penthouse atop 155 Franklin and just last fall she bought the townhouse next door at 153 Franklin. The property in question is another apartment at 155 Franklin, suggesting that Swift bought it and will likely knock down a few walls to create an actual mansion of apartments. Without the new apartment, Swift has a 9-bedroom, 9-bathroom pad and with the new place, she owns close to $50 million worth of NYC real estate.

The new property was sold off-market, but the listing reads, “The beauty of this splendid 3540 +/-SF loft is in the historic details of the 1880’s: high beamed ceilings, cast iron columns, brick walls, huge oak-framed windows looking out on a vintage Franklin Street. Grace and space define the 58′ living-dining room with pale hardwood floors, gallery-sized walls and wood-burning fireplace. A library (or bedroom) with floor-to-ceiling bookcases lies adjacent. Open chef’s kitchen has restaurant stove, large pantry, custom cabinetry, and with its large granite island and bar area is designed for entertaining. The oversized Master Suite has a dressing room and sumptuous marble bathroom with separate steam shower, two sinks, brick wall and timbers. Private guest room has full marble bath. Other features include gracious foyer, half bath, washer/dryer, 3-zone A/C, basement storage and video intercom security. The Sugarloaf Warehouse, circa 1882, is an intimate residential condominium on a prime cobblestone street, offering exceptional loft living.”

Seems like the perfect space to add to Taylor’s current perfect spaces.

There are only 2.5 bathrooms in this unit, but when they look like this and could be attached to 9 others at some point, it’ll work.

That bed is weird, but I bet Taylor keeps it.
