Both Blake Shelton and Adam Levine were blown out of the water by TSoul, a 29-year-old whose real name is Terry. TSoul performed an electric rendition of “Take Me To The River” which was written by Al Green and popularized by a robotic singing fish.
Certainly, given the style of song, Alicia Keys had the inside track to land TSoul for her team. However, when she didn’t turn around, Blake and Levine were both competing for him.
Levine went on to tell him that he’s special, but he was ultimately won over by Blake who told him his voice had “all the herbs and spices.”
This is the voiiiiiiiiice.
