Blame it on my love for wine (or Blake Shelton’s “Sangria” forever being stuck in my head), but no matter what season it is, I just can’t shake my craving for a good sangria.

While I personally have no shame in drinking the classic recipe year-round, this apple cider sangria is perfect for fall and will be making more than one appearance in my kitchen.

  • 1 bottle of pinot grigio
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup of club soda
  • 1/2 cup of ginger brandy
  • 3 honey crisp apples (chopped)
  • 3 pears (chopped)
  • Cranberries (optional)
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Combine everything together in a pitcher and stir. Refrigerate for an hour or until chilled, and serve over ice!
