How To Make Champagne Jell-O Shots


If you’re looking for the perfect treat to serve at your New Year’s Eve Party (or any celebration for that matter), then look no further! Champagne Jell-O shots are super easy to make and will be a crowd favorite!

How To Make Champagne Jell-O Shots:


  • 1 1/2 cup champagne
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 packets of gelatin
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • Sprinkles
Combine 1 1/4 cups champagne with lemon juice and sugar in a pan, and sprinkle the gelatin on top and let it sit for about 2 minutes, then heat the mixture on low. Stir until the gelatin dissolves, then remove from the heat. Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup of champagne, plus 1/4 cup vodka. Grease a mold or pan and pour the mixture into it and chill for about 2 hours. Pop the Jell-o out onto a cutting board and slice into squares, then dip them into the sprinkles. Serve cold!
