Overnight Slow Cooker French Toast Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Loaf of bread (about 12 slices)
- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 2 cups milk or cram
- 1 tsp. vanila bean paste
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- Butter
- Bacon (optional but recommended!!)
- Syrup for serving
Directions:
Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl until well combined. Grease your slow cooker with butter, then layer the bread in. Pour the milk/egg mixture over the bread until it’s almost completely covered. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, then serve with syrup and bacon!
