If there’s anything that I love, it’s a list of seasonal cocktails to try. I love when the seasons change you can get fresh ingredients and switch up your mixology game. The beginning of autumn means above all–  pumpkin spice, but also the rich flavors of the fall and winter.

Let’s face it, there’s nothing better than burning a fall candle and sipping a spiked coffee while binging on your favorite show on Netflix. No? Just me? Well, below I have a few of my favorite fall cocktails. As always, the recipes are for 1, but if you double or triple the amounts, you can feed a crowd.

1. Autumn Leaves

3 oz white wine (Chardonnay works best here)

1 oz cranberry juice

1 oz vanilla vodka

splash of orange juice

In a chilled glass (this is always my favorite part of making a drink – if you stick a glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes it makes the drink extra special) pour all ingredients and stir slowly. You can add ice or top with club soda.

2. Apple Jack

3 oz apple juice

2 oz jack daniels

splash of loopy (cereal flavored vodka, made by Three Olives)

1 oz ginger ale

Over ice, pour all of your ingredients. You can also shake some cinnamon sugar over the drink, or rim the glass with it. Stir slowly – but you don’t have to sip slowly!

3. Spiked Coffee

(We certainly don’t recommend scattering coffee beans everywhere, but it sure makes for a pretty picture!)

4 oz freshly brewed coffee

1 oz Bailey’s Irish cream

1 oz Kahula

Brew your coffee, and in a coffee cup, mix your Bailey’s and Kahula. Pour over the hot coffee and mix well. If you like it sweeter, you can top with marshmallows or whipped cream.

4. Mocha Marshmallow

5 oz brewed coffee

½ of a hot chocolate packet

2 oz marshmallow vodka

Brew your coffee, and mix in one half (to taste) of a hot chocolate packet. Add in your marshmallow vodka and enjoy with a crushed graham cracker rim.
