Okay, so we all know it’s trendy to reduce pollution, especially when the pollution involved consists of plastic water bottles. They clog landfills, take years to break down (if they’re biodegradable at all), and they just don’t give humanity a great time. We dump an estimated 50 billion water bottles a year into landfills, so it’s clear it’s a problem.

Some college students think they have the solution in edible water bottles, which can apparently be recreated with a little bit of time and some light science. These YouTubers attempt to recreate edible water bottles themselves, but the results aren’t thrilling. Check out their reaction below.
