If you know anything about GRAMMY award-winning country music artist Kacey Musgraves you know she’s as traditional country as they come. Though she often wears light-up boots on stage, she stays true to her Texas roots with her vintage style and bravado flair. Recently, Kacey teamed up with another traditional country icon– Lucchese Boots– to design her own exclusive line of boots, Kacey for Lucchese.
Each boot was designed by Kacey, with each representing something in her life she loves and feels a deep connection to. If you love Kacey or boots as much as we do, you’ll love Kacey for Lucchese.
4 Reasons You Will Love Kacey Musgraves’ New Line of Boots From Lucchese:
1. Vintage Styling, Just Like Kacey
The Golden Arrow boot is fashioned after one her favorite boots from the 1950s with stunning white leather and gold accents. It looks like something Patsy Cline would wear, right?
Of the design process, Kacey said, “This boot is majorly influenced from a 1950s pair that are my absolute favorite…I probably wear them at every show. Also, the symbol that has brought me so many reasons to celebrate, the arrow.” (2013 CMA Song of the Year, “Follow Your Arrow”)
2. Classic Western Flair
Every girl loves a good riding boot but add a touch of sassy fringe and you get The Gallop. With classic Western styling, this boot is sure to become an award winner. Just like Kacey.
Kacey says this of the influence of this design, “This boot’s influence was brought about by my love for the equestrian world. The fringe, the height and mix of femininity and every practicality.”
3. Classic Meets Glam
If you are a girl who likes to make a statement when she walks into a room, this boot is for you. Classic Western style marries “Pagaent Material” glamour in the pink Gallop boot!
4. Bold, Southwestern Appeal
We love the Monterrey ankle boot with the serape accented shaft. This boot may be short, but it isn’t short on style. Bright colors are the highlight of this boot, but of course, we wouldn’t expect anything less than bold from Kacey.
Kacey said of the Serape design, “I’m very inspired by my trips to Mexico. The people, the food and all the wonderfully bright colors. Serape has played a huge part of my aesthetic onstage and in my home so I knew when designing that I had to make this!”
Two country icons, one shared spirit. Kacey for Lucchese combines the spirit and style of a true country original with the quality and character found only in Lucchese.
