Earlier this summer, it was announced that the famous “Brady Bunch” house was on the market, just waiting for the perfect bidder to pick it up and give it a facelift.

At first, many thought former NSYNC member Lance Bass would be the winning bidder after he announced his offer had been accepted— but news quickly circulated that he’d been outbid by a “top Hollywood buyer,” and now we know just who it is!

Discovery CEO David Zaslav announced that HGTV was, in fact, the winning bidder on the famous property— which means we might be able to expect an entire show around the renovation.

“One of our projects for HGTV will speak to those Brady Bunch fans on the call,” David Zaslav said. “You may have heard that the house from the iconic series was recently on the market in California. I’m excited to share that HGTV is the winning bidder and will restore the Brady Bunch home to its 1970s glory as only HGTV can. More detail to come over the next few months but we’ll bring all the resources to bear to tell safe, fun stories about this beloved piece of American TV history.”

All we know is we can’t wait to hear more! You can view photos of the house as it currently sits here.
