There’s really nothing better than a good dessert. Something about finishing a meal and having something sweet to look forward to makes the experience of dining complete.
As a dessert enthusiast and lover, I have a big, long list of dessert favorites and the classic southern Hummingbird Cake is definitely at the top. If you’re not familiar with Hummingbird cake, it’s banana-pineapple spice cake with cream cheese frosting and it’s insanely delicious.
You may just have a new favorite dessert.
