Deviled eggs are great, there’s no question about it, but peeling countless boiled eggs — well, that’s a different story.

With their sharp edges and slippery insides, boiled eggs are the most annoying, time-consuming part of preparing this delicious classic southern appetizer.

But, with this incredibly easy trick, you can now make deviled eggs without having to peel even one boiled egg. All you have to do is separate the white from the yolk of each egg and bam, your eggy mess is over.

Square Deviled Eggs Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • optional: paprika and sliced chives, for garnish
