Quarterback Tony Romo announced his retirement from the NFL today to mixed reactions. Romo was a career Dallas Cowboy but only led the franchise to two playoff wins. Cowboys fans reacted to the news as they have always reacted to Romo– divided.

Some loved him, as he was good QB, an unquestionably good guy, and represented Dallas well.

And then, you know with the lack of winning playoff games, unfulfilled expectations, fantasy football, and healthy QBs- were happy to see him go and quickly began roasting him.

Wherever you land on Romo, give credit where credit is due.

Romo will be moving into broadcasting, reportedly taking over for Phil Simms on CBS. At least Tony won’t pull this on live TV.
