Chase Bryant is as hot as they come these days as he rides the wave of a Top 15 and rising debut single with, “Take It On Back,” which he also wrote. The singer-songwriter is showing no signs of slowing down as he finishes up touring with Brantley Gilbert on the Let It Ride Tour and continues to turn heads with his out-of-this-world guitar playing and emotionally charged songwriting.
Bryant was born with music in his blood. Literally. His grandfather played piano for Roy Orbison and Waylon Jennings and his uncles co-founded the group Ricochet. He also credits the records of Conway Twitty, Merle Haggard, Tom Petty, Vince Gill, Bob Wills and Keith Urban, as musical inspiration. “Those records told me that I could be a mainstream country artist and also write guitar riffs that would stick in somebody’s head,” he says.
In between creating those guitar riffs and climbing his way up the charts, we were able to get a few texts out to Chase and find out if he’s even been on the back of Brantley Gilbert’s motorcycle and he shared a fun hair tip with us!
