Lots of exciting things happened at the 90th annual Academy Awards, from Tiffany Haddish and Maya Rudolph’s hilarious presentation to Jennifer Lawrence being our ultimate spirit animal by climbing over chairs with a glass of wine in tow– but what happened to Frances McDormand after the awards was probably the most eventful part of the night.

Immediately following the show, word got out that McDormand had misplaced or lost her Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role. Eventually, she got the award back, but now reports are stating that the Oscar was actually stolen from her, and we have so many questions.

“Best Actress winner Frances McDormand and her Oscar were happily reunited after a brief separation at last night’s Governors Ball. The alleged thief was quickly apprehended by a photographer and members of our fast-acting Academy and security teams,” an Academy spokesperson told People.

“I can confirm that after a brief time apart, Frances and her Oscar were happily reunited last night. They celebrated their reunion with a double cheeseburger from In-N-Out,” McDormand’s rep told People.

No other details about the suspect have been released, or details on how the thief got his hands on the statue in the first place– but we’re so glad Frances was reunited with it. And that she got some In-N-Out.
